Kushal Agrawal (Consultant)
Mr. Kushal Agrawal, a Law Graduate and a Member of ICSI, currently leads the Compliance Division of a SEBI registered category I Merchant Banker. With years of expertise in M&A, Transaction Advisory, and Investment Banking, he possesses extensive experience in navigating various facets of Corporate Laws, including Due Diligence, Merger/Amalgamation/Takeover proceedings, and more. Mr. Agrawal has adeptly managed IPOs, FPOs, Rights Issues, Buybacks, Preferential Allotments, Direct Listings, Migration of Companies from SMEs to the main board of stock exchanges, PE deals, Private Placements, among others.
